ELECTRIC
CITY LABS
INDEPENDENT MIND. OPEN POSSIBILITIES.

Serious about
the curious.

Sawdust. Software. Paint.
A few different ways to follow an idea.

I make things from wood, develop products that are mostly free to use, and make art. Electric City Labs is where all those interests get to meet.

Art & painting.

Paint, colour, and room to play. I make art to explore an idea, a feeling, or simply see where it goes.

Made from wood.

I do woodworking, too. A different pace, a hands-on process, and the pleasure of making something tangible.

02 / THE HUMAN BITPERSON-OWNED. CURIOSITY-OPERATED.

A small lab.
An open mind.
No corporate costume.

Electric City Labs is just me. Some days that means developing a product; others, working with wood or picking up a paintbrush.

I like making useful things and sharing them. Most of the products I develop are free to use, and not everything I make needs to become a product. There’s room here for a painting, a woodworking project, or an idea for bringing people together. I’m figuring it out as I go.

I’m originally from Chennai, India, and I now call Peterborough, Ontario home. The name Electric City Labs is a nod to Peterborough’s nickname, the Electric City—a little of the place I call home in everything I make.

what happens.

Every experiment starts somewhere.
Here’s a small invitation to make something of your own.
